Using the site
WAF Basketball Analytics (wafbasketballanalytics.com) and the WAF Coach Assistant ChatGPT plugin are free tools for basketball fans and coaches. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Analysis, not guarantees
Rankings, projections, scouting reports, game plans and AI answers are estimates built from public data and models. They can be wrong or out of date. Use your own judgment; you are responsible for the coaching, roster and other decisions you make with them.
No real-money betting
Betting projections and the Wall Street market are for entertainment and analysis. Wall Street uses play money only. Nothing on the site is financial or gambling advice, and we don't take or place bets.
Your content
Stat files, notes and reports you create are yours. You're responsible for having the right to upload them (for example, your own team's stats or exports from your own Hudl, GameChanger or MaxPreps account). See the Privacy Policy for how they're handled.
Fair use of the service
Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload the APIs, get around daily limits on AI features, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that does.
Data and trademarks
Team and league names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; WAF isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, NCAA, ESPN, OpenAI or any team. Game data comes from public sources and may contain errors.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, WAF Basketball Analytics isn't liable for losses arising from use of the site or the plugin.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
